Persistent Depressive Disorder (Dysthymia)

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder

2nd and 3rd trimester

Latuda and Seroquel

Paroxetine

Lasting at least 1 week, present most of the day, nearly every day (if hospitalized any duration)

Lasting at least 4 days, present most of the day, nearly every day

-Bipolar I has mania that lasts at least 7 days once in a lifetime, it is severe enough to be hospitalized, and they may or may not have depressive epidodes. -Bipolar II has hypomania that last at least 4 days once in a lifetime that does not require hospitalization, and has at least one major depressive episode lasting at least 14 days in their lifetime.

Symptoms must be partially or fully relieved for at least 2 months

4 or more mood episodes over previous 12 months

With mood-congruent, psychoses are in harmony with the mood. In depressive phase, may feel they deserve to die. Whereas with mood-incongruent, psychoses are not related to the episode.

Occurs during pregancy or within 4 weeks of pregnancy
