􏰀 Vitamins and MInerals, although the body micronutirents in smaller levels. 􏰀 Helps in energy metabolism by acting cofactors as parts of enzyme (known as coenzyme) 􏰀 Enzymes are proteins that catalyze chemical reaction in the body. 􏰀 helps in the absorption of of nutrients and the production of energy.

MICRONUTRIENT

􏰀 is a form of malnutrition that is defined as a range of conditions arising from coincident lack of dietary protein and/or energy in varying proportions. The condition has mild, moderate, and severe degrees.
