After returning to Japan from America, my aunt told me that there were some problems with the Japanese work environment.

For example, although Japanese workers are aware of the importance of family time, they tend to work long hours.

Her boss tells her that she shouldn’t leave the office while he is still at work.

Moreover, there are few female managers in her workplace.

It is said that Japan is still a male-dominated society, in which few female employees take on leadership roles.

I hope that Japanese companies will make their work environment more comfortable to everyone.

There are two things I would do.

First, I would visit many countries and spend time living abroad.

My dream is to work as part of the global community.

To realize it, I want to learn about cultures in other countries.

Second, I would donate a lot of money to help people in need.
