Check DVT doors Walk through the train checking red bar lights by each door and the yellow interlock light in door A in each coach Look in the environmental panel for anything that has tripped Ask the driver if they have regained interlock

DCCB – Loss of functionality of the door controls. The red bar lights in the coach will be extinguished. Interlock is not lost and the train will not stop. When dispatching and not yet discovered both released doors on that coach will not close without manual assistance. B. FDMCB – interlock is lost in that coach, yellow interlock light by door A will be illuminated C. ASCB – total loss of power to the coach including door security. No lights, HVAC or sockets working

Stop the train by calling the driver or if a few minutes from a station wait by the door Communicate with driver or dispatcher Once at a stand lock the door out of use, label Report to control Log book and place on table

Doors release on the wrong side Lock them up as soon as possible Make an announcement to stay clear of the doors as there is a fault Report to control and use the egress handles to let passengers off
