Anything that doesnt happen on a day to day basis, Door open unexpectedly, Trespassers on or near the line, Line side fires, Train faults or failures, Animals on the line, OLE problems, Lineside equipment faults, Fail to call, Station overrun

mark 4 do not open doors, Immediately tell passengers not to attempt to get out, Liase with driver to move train forward, Lock out doors on mark 4 potentially

If totally overrun driver can do so if no more than 400m past, Driver has signallers permission, Movement does not need to pass over automatic level crossing

If water is moving and ballast dislodged, stop and wait for instructions from operations control, Water under railhead, normal working, Water in line with top of railhead, max 5mph, Water above top of railhead, movement only permitted by operations control

TCOC on every obstructed line, 3 detonators 20m apart, 1 1/4 mile from obstruction, Stand 30m from nearest detonator, Never place on switch rail, Show hand signal to every approaching train

GSMR to contact signaller, Hazard lights, Tail lights, TCOC on every obstructed line, TCOC on our line if full derailment

If driver asks for help it must be me doing it, Leave competent person to keep eye on train, Reach clear understanding wirh driver as to which lines you are protecting

Temporary block working or emergency special working and signaller cannot be contacted immediately, Whole train is derailed and no longer making track circuit = TCOC only
