What would you do if you failed to gain interlock on dispatch?
Stop dispatch, key to off, back to train, rerelease doors then lock again blue button, Has DVT been accessed? Double check DVT interlock light. If door locked but fault then isolate DISCO, PA passengers to not stand near the doors, black "doors open" button, watch for any opening. Blue doors close , Check for any open doors and deal with appropriately. Lock out and label, Move to different panel and press blue doors close and lock, If not already checked, look at DVT interlock. Isolate DISCO if required, Walk down and check all yellow status indicators, pressing test button and fixing any issues, Phone maintenance control if this all doesnt work, Record details of coach and or door and notify maintence control
