    Aka emotive language They use words with a positive connotation to describe themselves then uses other diction with negative connotation to describe the other party Ex: (loyal, blindly obedient) (brave, ruthless) (Warriors, barbarians) This is most commonly seen as hidden bias as it hides the fact that the writer or speaker has an opinion without proof It does not allow the reader to question the information or come to a conclusion on their own

    Like loaded language contains built-in judgments, they contain built-in assumptions Ex: Have you stopped cheating on you math tests yet? How much do you think taxes will go up next year? What are you going to wear to dinner and dance

    Getting a message across without actually saying it, usually negative message By not saying certain things they imply the message Ex: if someone write a reference letter for you, but they only say the bare minimum about you, therefore they are implying that you are actually average Very powerful because these suggestion may have a lasting effect on an audience without them realising It’s hard to say anything because they don't directly say anything so like the can just deny it
