refers to the implementation of processes through which data are reviewed for the purpose of arriving at an informed conclusion. The interpretation of data assigns a meaning to the information analyzed and determines its signification and implications

Interpretation of data

it is the principal outcomes of a research project; what the project suggested, revealed or indicated. This usually refers to the totality of outcomes, rather than the conclusions, or recommendations drawn from them.

summary of findings

are inferences, deduction, abstractions, implications, interpretations, general statements, or generalizations based upon the findings. These are the logical and valid outgrowths of the summary of findings.

Conclusions

are appeal to people, agencies, either public or private entities, and concerned authorities in public administration and business management sector to solve or help solve the problems discovered in the conduct of inquiry

Recommendations

are also defined as a critical suggestions regarding the best course of action in a certain situation. Therefore, the whole idea of it is to provide a beneficial guide that will not only resolve certain issues, but result in a beneficial outcome
