there should be a common goal for the business as a whole

each person is assigned a duty according to his/her skill and competence

is the most important principle in the organization in the absence of coordination, each department should set a differnet goals

responsibility should flow down to the track and file responsibility rest with the man assigned to the job

organization should be dynamic not static there should always be a possibility to make necessary adjustments

organization should provide the delivery of work so that the uniformity remains officers should be in charge in their respective area to avoid dual subbordination and conflict

a person should be accountable only to one boss to avoid confusion this principle creates a sense of responsibility towards a person

this states that the top management should only intervene when something goes wrong, if things are done according to planned, the intervention of the top management is not required

organizational structure should be simple so that it can be easily understood by everyone

organization should enable various employees to achieve job satisfaction
