Your brain is going to dismiss these words in a few minutes or in a few hours.

The best you can do is to improvise small tests in which you yourself have to try to remember what you just learned. Recordatorio: The Spanish translation is so long. Good luck! The reflexive verb here yourself isn't te. In Spanish the translation isn't a reflexive verb. It seems like an adverb. The verb try also here isn't tratar. You just learned is challenge and its tense is present. That's my hint.

Lo mejor que puedes hacer es improvisar pequeños exámenes en los que tú mismo tienes que intentar recordar lo que acabas de aprender.

This way you put your long-term memory to work better. Recordatorio: The syntactic structure has sort of inversion. This way doesn't mean esta manera o forma.

Another strategy is to use flash cards.

You can write the word on one side and what it means on the other. Recordatorio: To write in is not escribir en. Look for another adposition. Pay attention to syntax order (what it means on the other). The translation is quite difficult.
