Lost time accident that resukt in the death of the injured person

Lost-Time Accident, Fatal (LTA-F)

Any injury which does not result in death or permanent total or permanent partial disability but which results in disability from work for a day or more

Total nimber of accudents incurred per million mahours worked

Incidence Rate

if the remaining part of a blast hole does not contain explosive
