The CLIENT shall make all necessary arrangements with the local utility companies in order that temporary facilities for water, power, and telephone are sufficiently provided till the completion to of the work. All expenses incurred in connections therewith shall be paid by the CLIENT.

Responsibility for the adequacy of the design and for suffiency of the drawings and specifications shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR

The complete requirements of the work to be performed under the contract shall be set forth in drawings and specifications to be supplied by the CONTRACTOR

The CONTRACTOR shall furnish from time to time all additional detail drawings and instructions essential to the proper execution of the work.

Testing of all samples shall comply with the specifications and government standards and shall be performed by competent, entity or testing laboratory. All cost for shipment, delivery, handling and testing of samples are to be paid by the OWNER

The Architect MAY at anytime order extra work or make changes by altering, adding to or deducting from the work

The contract shall be assigned in whole or in part by the contractor or shall any part of the work be SUBLET by the contractor
