    sure. I would like to share a brief history of the trade union movement. We have more than 100years of history but, after WWⅡ, the movement started to grow very rapidly. For the first 30years after the war, the trade union movement in Japan was divided over major ideological differences. (90.There was a group that believe in free and democratic trade unionism.The other group pursued the labor movement through class struggle.) In the 1970s, the movement began to consolidate its four national centers. Finally, It was unified in 1989. This is a brief history of the trade union movement in Japan. For example, publishing newspapers, conducting seminars, creating websites and so on. (90.In addtion to these activities, various mutual aid programs are provided in my union. For example, life and casuality insuarance plance, pension plans and so on.) In order to support them as well as to attract them to join the union. These are recent trends in union membership .Thank you.

There are two kinds of union officers. That is, full-time and part-time. One of the important differences between full-time and part-time is The full-time officers work full-time for the union, but The part-time officers work for the union only after bussiness hours. (90.This is one of the important differences between full-time union officers and part-time union officers.) In conclusion, there are little differences between full-time and part-time union officers, but their common point is they (90.full-time union officers and part-time union officers)are elected democratically by the delegates.     60なら超ゆっくりにLet me introduce the 3 guiding principles of Productivity. The 1 principle is securing and expanding employment through Productivity increases. (90.This is one of the important issues in my union.) The 2 principal is labor management cooperation. (90.labor and management consult each other on ways to cooperate on improving productivity.) The 3 principal is fair distribution of productivity gains. Company, workers and consumers should enjoy fair shares of productivity gains. These are three guiding principals of productivity. Based on these three principals, we have developed unique labor-management relations.

    I enjoy going to a lot of places through interviewes for publishing newspaper. For example, Cape Nosappu in Hokkaido, Osaka, Hiroshima and so on. Surprisingly, I went to Cape Nosappu and Osaka in the same month. I was tired in that month, but I felt I could arrive at Cape Nosappu.
It took almost 3 hours by bus from my hotel in Kushiro to Cape nosappu. 
I worked for almost one year, but I had valuable experiences. I appreciate the thing and(90.my boss,my senior coworkers and so on.) I want to learn more, and I will contribute more for my Union.     My best vacation was when I was a junior in college where I had many experiences.
Because the coronavirus was spreading after I enrolled in the university, my university life was almost staying at home. In my university , there were some online classes because of the coronavirus. As a result, I couldn't communicate with a lot ofpeople. But I wanted to try new things, so I got a driver's license using ''go to travel'' campaign.. That time, I learned a lot of new things, so my best vacation was this time.(90. now,I want to try a lot of things, I want to update this best vacation)Thank you.

    It is important to talk to a lot of people including other overseas organizations for effective union officers. In order to- for union. Especially, I think it would be important that strengthening relationships with unions at the company’s overseas operations through various types of exchanges. In the future, union members who work at the company’s overseas offices and plants will increase, So, effective union officers need to talk to a lot of people from other countries.

    I recommend to visit Tokyo in Japan for several reasons. One of the reasons is that they can know the Japanese trends. For example, Harajuku is a source of fashion, so union leaders can learn about the latest trends. The other reasons is that they can refresh themselves in nature.Tokyo has the largest population but, they can get away from the city. For these reasons, I want union leaders from overseas to come to Tokyo . Thank you.
