Permit to carry firearm outside residence

Issued for lawful hunting

Hunting permit

Serves as a firearm license for security guard

Duty detail order

Is a document that proves receipt of issued FA to PNP. Serves as FA license to members of PNP

Acknowledgement receipt

Issued to PNP personnel when intending to carry FA outside residence.
