objective

Investigative reports must be submitted on time. It should be submitted even a few hours late otherwise, a delay renders the reports useless or obsolete.

current

refers to the arrangement of the materials presented. The mechanical set up. It refers to anything that will make your report more easily read and useful as a reference.
